Fraktpolicy

Sweden:

Alla ordrar från 600 SEK är fraktfria inom Sverige. Vi tar ut fraktkostnad på 29 SEK när du lägger en order på 0-229 SEK och en fraktkostnad på 49 SEK för order på 230-599 SEK. Skulle du beställa varor för 600 SEK och över men sedan väljer att endast behålla varor för mindre än 600 SEK, då behåller vi en fraktavgift på 49 SEK samtidigt som vi krediterar dig för varorna som kommit i retur till oss (produkterna måste vara oanvända och utan skador för att återbetalning ska ske).

Moms ingår i priset. Normal leveranstid är 1-3 vardagar.

Vi skickar beställningar från Sverige som paket/brev med vår frakt/logistik leverantör DHL och PostNord. Vi tar inte ekonomiskt ansvar för eventuella förseningar beroende på fraktföretaget eller pga force majeure. Alla orders skickas till din lokala service point/upphämtningsställe där du hämtar ut till paketet eller så skickas beställningen som brev till din brevlåda.

To countries outside of Sweden:

For Denmark: orders from 399 DDK are free from shipping cost. Orders between 0-398 DDK we charge shipping cost of 69 DDK. Should you order products for 399 DDK and above and then later choose to keep only products for less than 399 DDK we will keep the shipping cost and return the payment to you for the products that have been sent back and received by us (products must be unused and with no damages).
For Finland: orders from 69 EURO are free from shipping cost. Orders between 0-68 EURO we charge shipping cost of 14 EURO. Should you order products for 69 EURO and above and then later choose to keep only products for less than 69 EURO we will keep the shipping cost and return the payment to you for the products that have been sent back and received by us (products must be unused and with no damages). NOTE: We currently don't sell to Åland.
For Norway: shipping cost is 279 NOK. Note that House of Bontin handle tax for orders below 3750 NOK per product. Also, MSV Tennis Pointer and MSV grips and strings, are not sold to Norway due to distribution rights limitations. Contact us for more details: info@houseofbontin.se
For other EU countries the shipping cost is set in local currency and is 14 EURO or equivalent in local* currency for countries that don't have Euro as country currency. NOTE, some of our products such as TopspinPro is not sold to countries outside of the Nordics due to distribution rights limitations. We currently don't sell to Greece, Cyprus, Malta. Delivery time: normal delivery time for Denmark & Finland is 2-4 business days. For Norway and other European countries: 2-6 business days.

If you want to order outside of the EU, please contact us at info@houseofbontin.se and we can check if it's possible to deliver to you. For countries outside of Europe the delivery time can vary. For orders to countries outside of the European Union, all import charges will be payed by the buyer. Please note that for Norway, House of Bontin handle tax. Norwegian customers don't have to handle import tax (except for products that costs more than 3750 NOK). House of Bontin is not responsible for any costs related to import charges or other local charges for deliveries to countries outside of EU.

NOTE:

We deliver from Sweden with DHL and PostNord. We have no financial responsibility for delays due to shipping partners or Force Majeure. Your package is sent to your closest local postal pickup service or box service used by our shipping partners or their affiliates. If there is no available postal service agent or box service used by our shipping partners or their affiliates in your area the package will be sent to your home and our shipping partner/their affiliates will contact you to arrange for date for delivery.

This shop is for consumers. If you are a business and like to order larger quantites for your sports club, please contact info@houseofbontin.se House of Bontin has the rights to cancel purchases made in our shop, if we believe the products are bought in purpose of reselling. If a purchase is cancelled from our side, we will make the re-payment and inform you.
